SOMEBODY PLEASE HELP ME!!!!!!!?

Okay so a few months ago I took these pills my cousin gave me. They didn't do anything to me so we decided to go smoke a joint. After we finished I had a high I never had before. It felt like I couldn't remember the last thing I said but I knew I said it.it also felt like i wasnt in real life and i dont exist and none of this is real life. Then when my high wore off I could remember stuff again and since then everytime I smoke weed that happens to me. And the other day I smoke some HG and now I'm permanently stuck like that. So if anyone has gone through this or knows what this is that I'm going through please answer.
