Could I use this bed full time/permanently?

Well I really really really really want a double bed! But I'm not allowed as in the day it would take up my whole room floor space. Could I use a sofa bed,day bed,trundle bed that poPs up or anything like that everynight? And would it be easy to fix them before I sleep every night? Thanks everyone
