Info on isotetrinoin?

Soon im going to start isotetrinoin for my acne (im a male), and im curious about how dried out my face is going to get. Will it be terribly noticeable, as in a hindrance to my social life?(not to say I have shallow friends, but for my own self-conscious personality) Does it vary from person to person? Personal experience would be great, thanks :)
