What are the treatments for Kyphosis?

it really depends on the degree of your curve. my pedeatrician noticed it when i was around like 8 or 9 and kept watching it till i was 11 i went to an orthopedic doctor and it was a 75 degree curve. we went to a different orthopedic surgeon and it was 71 degrees. i kept going back to him every 4 months and it progressed up to about 80 degrees. i got the surgery in february(of this year) and im doing great. it was worth it even though i had to have a 2nd one cuz my bone broke which made my bars come off at the top but all is well now. for your case since it isnt cause difficulty for daily tasks i would just talk to your doctor about it! i had to wear a brace for a year which did nothing for me but it works for some people! im only 13 though so it was better for me to get it now cuz it kept getting worse and was interfering with daily tasks and causing daily pain. i hope it gets better!!
