Hypothetically speaking, what's to stop a libertarian country from becoming a corporate dictatorship?

Let's say we lived in the ideal society where everything was privatized, including essential services such as police and fire departments and there was no government. What's to stop corporations from contracting private police departments to enslave you and supervise you while you work as a slave?
