How do I permanently settle in the UK?

I have a bachelor's degree in engineering and a postgraduate diploma in engineering from UK. I hate my country and I love the people in the UK. They are very nice and friendly and so I am planning to permanently settle in the UK. I am 21 years old. How can I stay here.
