Michelle Bachman, help or hindrance to the GOP?

She was on Meet the Press, and as usual, she didn't stay on topic on ANY subject brought up by Gregory. All other GOP members will answer the question, or at the very least, try to spin it. I think she is a big problem for the GOP.
