I received this e-mail and I'm not sure if it's legitimate?

Never gine personal info. If you have had an e-mail asking for your details be careful. This is a known phishing scam attempting to get you to give them all your personal info. It's not from Yahoo, just delete it and ignore it. Good luck and be careful.
