Im 16 and have been masurbating for abput three years?

Lately when i masturbate it kind of hurts bit not like pain, just kind of annoying. And every once in a whilr one of my testicles will hurt afterwards. I took a week off and them did it again and it felt a little better but still kinda hurt. Am i permanently damaged?
