How long would it take to train ten million troops?

Let's say hypothetically the U.S. finds its self in a war that makes World War II look more like Korea and to end the war quickly, the joint chiefs of staff are calling for a ten million man army to be raised up and drafted and all expediency is to be paid post haste, we need these troops as quickly as possible. I'm also interested in knowing how many drill sergeants it would take, or how quickly the training staff could replicate to take on a higher volume of cadets. I assume officer training would be the most significant hindrance as every platoon would require a lieutenant but let's pretend like it's not an issue.
