Does religion prevent true spirituality?

God instituted traditions, symbols, prophesies, holy days...etc.. not to be an end in itself but to help God's people recognize Him, when He was among them. People who follow New Age beliefs can claim to be spiritual, but lack the Truth of God who is declared in Bible Scripture. I don't think it's about spirituality or religion, just Jesus. We have everything we need in Him.
